Every quote on this page comes from a named client who approved their words. The aggregate stats are real engagement outcomes — with the asterisks included, because a consultancy without asterisks is just a fan club.
Aggregate outcomes, 2017–2026
Pipeline influenced across 38 engagements — influenced, not closed; their sellers closed it, we just stopped the leaks.
Median lift on qualified opportunities by month six of an outbound rebuild. Median, not best case — one client hit 5× and we don't lead with it because that's not a promise.
Typical forecast accuracy by month five, down from a ±35–40% starting point. Yes, most forecasts are that bad when we arrive. No, we don't enjoy being right about it.
Of our fixes still running unchanged one year later. The other 29% were edited by reality — which is the point; we hand over instruments, not tablets from the mountain.
Median time from audit readout to first outbound fix live. The record is 6 days, held by a Kitchener client whose CEO refused to sleep.
Engagements we've declined in the last two years because the client didn't need us. We mention this because it's our favourite number here.
In their words
“Priya’s audit found $2.1M of opps stuck in a stage nobody owned. We fixed the stage, fixed the follow-up, and closed the quarter ahead for the first time in three years.”Dana Whitfield — VP Revenue, Northloom (Vancouver, BC)
Marc Lefebvre, then interim head of sales, on our Cartage Labs engagement: “I'd known half those deals were dead for a year. Having outsiders say it out loud, with the stage-age data on a screen, was the only thing that made it survivable politically. Also the only consulting engagement I've been in that got cheaper — they talked us out of the enablement phase because we didn't need it yet.” Pipeline audit + outbound · Halifax, NS · 2025
Tomas Brandt — Director of Revenue Operations, Ferry & Fjord (St. John's, NL): “We came for the outbound rebuild and the biggest win turned out to be the exit criteria. Our Monday forecast meeting went from ninety minutes of arguing to twenty-five minutes of assigning fixes. I did not expect to have feelings about a CRM meeting. Here we are.” Pipeline audit · 22 sellers · 2024
Ashley Dupuis — VP Sales, Volta Grid (Burlington, ON): “Which is a good problem and I'm still mildly annoyed about the budget timing. Marcus rebuilt our sequences and then made us sit through the deliverability checklist, which I thought was busywork until our emails stopped vanishing. Turned out one in three had been going to spam for who knows how long. I try not to think about the quarter before that discovery.” Outbound systems · 9 sellers · 2023–24
Priyanka Mehra — CEO, Quillbase (Toronto, ON): “We're a 14-person company and every other consultancy pitched us a retainer with account managers. Priya spent the first scoping call trying to talk us out of hiring her at all. She stayed for a fixed-fee audit instead, left us with a forecast our board trusts, and my head of sales still emails her the occasional screenshot. We consider that money well spent and we're a cheap company.” Pipeline audit · 6 sellers · 2026
Renata Kowalczyk — VP People, MAPLESTACK (Montréal, QC): “The Sales Scientist wrote it, but I want credit for making our top rep sit through four interviews. The playbook is 34 pages, half of it objection handling recorded from actual calls, and new hires read it unprompted. I've never seen a sales doc read unprompted before. Somewhere a tree is confused about being wasted elsewhere.” Sales enablement · 31 sellers · 2025
The asterisks
Quotes are edited for length, never for meaning, and each client approved the final wording. Aggregate stats cover 38 engagements from 2017 to 2026; individual outcomes vary — one audit found the pipeline was actually fine and the problem was pricing (awkward for everyone, fixed anyway). Results depend on your data quality, your leadership's willingness to delete dead pipeline, and occasionally on your competitor having a bad quarter. We can't schedule that last one for you.
